Hope Rises Village

Construction of Hope Rises Village is made possible through a partnership between the First Presbyterian Church of Newport and Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln County.

Mission:  To provide affordable permanent supportive housing for single-parent families through collaborative partnerships in the community.
