Newport Duplex

We are in the middle of our Newport Duplex build! It has been great to build alongside our partner families, community volunteers, Architect Dietmar Goebel of DHGoebel, Capri Architecture, and Luckini Construction. Check out our Facebook page for pictures and updates of our build.

If you’d like to get involved or have questions about volunteering, please contact our Volunteer Manager at volunteer@habitatlincoln.org.

Construction is completed on the single family rehab in Siletz. Volunteer General Contractor John Robinson directed this home build along with many of our veteran volunteers, including Angell Job Corps students. The completed rehab was sold to the Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln County homeowner through a 30 year, zero-percent loan. The Home Dedication for the Reeves Family was Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at 4 pm.

Construction is completed on two single family homes in Waldport. Volunteer General Contractor Joe Vandehey guided these home builds along with many faithful volunteers, including Angell Job Corp students. These homes were sold to the following families through a 30 year, zero-percent loan.

Habitat for Humanity homes are not free: monthly mortgage payments, paid to Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln is what helps to keep our building program sustainable.

Please join us in thanking the Bacon, Lundy and Pankey families for selling this property to Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln County at a much reduced cost.

To donate land to HFHLC, or to volunteer on our next home build, please give us a call. There are many ways to volunteer or donate to this construction project. You can donate materials and services, work on a work crew, coordinate refreshments for existing work crews or provide monetary assistance.

For more information on partnering with HFHLC, please contact Office Manager Nancy King at: nking@habitatlincoln.org, or call (541) 574-4437 for more additional information.
